  1. I totally agree with the song...the lawbreakers who took advantage of the mess, even though they were victims, it didn't give them the right to go looting and the song is basically about how the looters and the mostly left-leaning reporters when it was all said and done blamed George Bush, FEMA, and all kinds of other Government officials for a natural disaster. There's a line in the song criticizing looters for stealing things that they didn't even need...just the thought of stealing something they couldn't ordinary afford appealed to them...

If people are thinking the song is racist because of the jabs at Jesse Jackson or the line that Farrakhan must be from another planet while watching things from his UFO, people just need to realize not everyone agrees with Jackson, or Farrakhan, and the disagreements are all based on differing views and it has nothing to do with racism whatsoever...people disagree with Jesse Jackson based on his OPINIONS, not because of his race. This song is written from the viewpoint that Jesse is a trouble-maker...and there are a lot of people who see him as a trouble-maker. That's why I assume the line was written the way it was... "Jesse Jackson just couldn't stay away, he had to show up and pontificate again". There's nothing racist there...it's just the opinion of the songwriters who see him as a trouble-maker.

    When will people see that?
